The Kansas Statewide Electronic Transcript Initiative was set up to streamline the exchange of K-12 student records and the transferring of high school transcripts.
we currently have 138 schools using eTranscript and 301 using Student Record Exchange.   To date over 2900 transcripts have been sent electronically.  If a principal/superintendent wants to know if the school/schools in their district are on eTranscript or SREx, they need to check out the eTranscript website – ksde.org.  Scroll down and the Kansas eTranscript Initiative logo is on the right hand side of the page.  The Kansas eTranscript Initiative website has a list of live schools that is updated each week.

We are getting ready to enter the last year of the initiative.  We are urging those schools that haven’t registered to do so while it is still free.  If a school doesn’t know where they are in the process or they have questions about the initiative, they can contact Laurie Barnett at lbarnett@ksde.org or 785-296-4030.
